¤Ø³¸¹ÀÙÁÔ ÈÔÃÔªèÒ§ ( Ciiee ) ÃËÑÊ»Õ 42 Thanapoom Sirichang, 25 yo, is my name. I'm an alumnus, graduated from the Payap Music Department in year 2002. Currently, I'm pursuing post-graduate study in Australia, working toward on Master degree in Music Composition at the Conservatorium of Music, University of Tasmania. Since arrival in Tasmania, I have become an active member of the local music industry, having works regularly performed in and out of the university, and being coached privately in theatrical/operatic composition by Constantine Koukias and is currently working on the composition of his first opera, based on Buddhist Mythology, for inclusion in the IHOS Music Theatre and Opera 2007/8 program. What I have tried to point out here is how all this could be possible without my former educator, A. Ayu Namtep. A. Ayu has been an important part of the development of my music knowledge. I was trained so well in many compulsory music subjects such as form & analysis, basic music theory, music history, and also advance music theory. There are a lot more classes from this gentle lady, a high qualified lady. I'm also a friend of A. Ayu's youngest son. We've known each other for almost 15 years. By this point, A. Ayu is not just only my great former teacher; she's also a mother of us, since she took care of us so often when I still was very young, and my parents sent me to stay over with her son. I've known that after I finish my degree. I would at least be able to ask for Australian permanent residency, and continue living and working in Australia. Furthermore, if I'd decide to live in Australia, I would have a high possibility to immigrate, and become Australian citizen. This is the chance for one young person who is now living oversea, careering in music. I'm wondering that what's going on with Thai Immigration Department to keep holding on this issue, an issue of having more qualified person in the country. I'm fully support this wonderful lady to have a proper Thai Citizenship after she's been working hard, and sacrificed her to many young persons. Our kind mother, excellent teacher, a wonderful person, the lady's named.. “Ayu Namtep”. To Whom It May Concern in the Thai Immigration Department, I would love to ask you for the favor. It's not the question about we've already got many qualified teachers/lecturers in this developing country. It's about to have more qualified person in the country as the other developed country would do. Best Regard, Thanapoom Sirichang
